Special Requirements: Households consisting of ALL full-time students may not qualify; one (1) year lease required.

For residency & employment-based preferences, the person must currently meet the criteria and for at least the past 6 months at the time of initial application.
Pets: Pets are allowed at this property, with a $300 pet fee per pet (max of 2).
Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the apartments, grounds or common areas. Smokers must exit the property to smoke.
