All Santa Clara County Housing Authority properties are NO PETS ALLOWED, excluding Reasonable Accommodations for Assistance Animals.

Smoking Policy

All Santa Clara County Housing Authority properties are non-smoking and the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. No person is allowed to smoke on the property or in their unit.

Fair Housing

We do business in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Law. It is illegal to discriminate against any person because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Familial Status or National Origin.
