Applications vs Waitlist Interest Application

Full detailed “Applications” are accepted at properties that are always open to apply, denoted by the status “accepting applications”.

For certain properties the waitlist is established by applying to the interest list only during a specific time period only. Once the “Waitlist Interest Application” is selected via lottery process, an applicant is allowed to complete their application when a unit is available and his/her number comes up.
